Cancellation Policy

Things happen, We get that! Please give us 48 hour notice for any reservation that needs to be cancelled. After 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 25% of your scheduled reservation will be charged. If a guest cancels after the allotted 48 hour time period but within 24 hours of their reservation they will be subject to a charge of 50% of their scheduled reservation. No shows will be charged 100%. Please call us if there are any issues with scheduling. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations take away from other clients who may have been waiting to get in our chairs. Please be mindful of these policies when booking a reservation:)

Booking Policy

We’re so excited to have you in our chair! We just want to make sure you’re scheduled for the correct service. We highly recommend first time guests booking a color consultation to determine what services will need to be done to achieve their hair goals! Guests will be charged for the amount of the reservation booked so please make sure you know exactly what your reservation needs to be!
